Please consider arriving on time for the meeting time. It is recommended to arrive in Barreal the day before due to any transportation delays or unforeseen events.

During the mountain activity, all waste that came with us returns with us.
Papers, fruit peels, toilet paper, wet wipes, feminine dressings, etc. They can be discarded upon arrival at the shelter or in the destination city upon completion.

- 60/80 liter backpack to carry personal items.
- Backpack cover or nylon to waterproof the backpack.
- Trekking poles.
- Leggings.
- Climbing helmet (with size regulation).
- Mountain boots with semi-rigid or rigid soles.
- Sleeping bag, fiber or duvet (-15°C to -30°C).
- Insulating and/or inflatable mat.
- Headlamp. Replacement batteries.

- Crampons.

- Suggestion: 70% alcohol to sanitize your hands.
- Two t-shirts (long sleeve/short sleeve).
- Diver or fleece jacket or windstopper.
- Fine down jacket or synthetic filling.
- Expedition down jacket (500gs filling).
- Waterproof jacket.
- Thermal shoe.
- Trekking or fleece pants.
- Waterproof pants.
- Warm hat, sun cap and buff neck scarf.
- A pair of fleece gloves, a pair of waterproof gloves.

- Crocks (for resting in the shelter).

- Snacks (Ideas: nuts, gummies, cookies, nougats, cereal bars, candies, chocolates, salty snacks, etc.).
Transfer by 4x4 vehicle to the "Los Morrillos" Refuge (2-hour trip). Trek to base camp (3,100 meters). Tent setup, dinner, and rest. 4 hours of activity (7 km).
Trekking to C1, 3600 meters. This trek will allow us to gradually adapt to the altitude and cut the distance to our final camp in half. Once we've set up our tents, the rest of the day is dedicated to resting and hydrating.
After breakfast, we will begin trekking to Camp 2. This is the base camp in the amphitheater of Pico 2 to 4. Dinner and rest.
We'll continue ascending to reach our high-altitude camp. Once settled there, we'll have the rest of the day to hydrate, rest, and have a technical briefing before packing our backpacks for the next day.
Before dawn, we'll leave camp for the summit of Peak 4. We'll spend half an hour on the summit before beginning our descent to base camp. (9 hours total, 5 km).
Descent to the "Los Morrillos" refuge (17 km, 6 hours). Return to the town of Barreal. End of the expedition.
