After meeting in Mendoza, we will move to one of the shelters in the Cordillera del Plata (2900mts). The first two days will be dedicated to altitude adaptation, so we will take advantage of the opportunity to tour the peaks of the famous "Cadenita". On the third day, we will ascend to "Salto de Agua", a place that will be the base for Cerro Vallecitos where we will camp for the next 3 days. Acclimatization treks, delicious meals and time to rest necessary for the big day await us. On the fifth day, we will start early to try to summit the precious objective: Vallecitos Mt., 5450mts. It's a long day and during the journey we will have increasingly beautiful views of the valleys and glaciers on the hills along the way. Once at the summit, depending on the time and the weather, we will take the well-deserved photos and enjoy the view of the Jaula ravine and its glaciers and Mount Aconcagua. On the last day we will break camp and return to Mendoza.
